Yes, we are the only authorized service point for all brands offered in our store. All watches that have been purchased from our authorized dealers throughout the country can be advertised directly on our website.

In accordance with applicable law, decisions on whether or not to accept a submitted complaint are issued to you within a maximum of 14 days. You are informed individually about the repair time and it depends on the complexity of the repair and the availability of parts.

Poljot Euro provides an authorized warranty and post-warranty service for watches from our distribution (Alfex, Aviator Swiss, Buran Swiss, Obaku Denmark, Strand Denmark, Orient, Orient Star, Poljot, Romanson, Szturmańskie, Vostok Europe)

As long as spare parts are available, we also carry out paid repair and maintenance of watches of other brands.

1. Comprehensive service starts with the initial diagnosis of the watch. Its technical condition is checked and its visual inspection is performed.

2. The operation of all functions and complications of the watch is checked: operation of the stopwatch buttons, date indicator, power reserve, automatic winding, etc. Before opening the case, a dry leak test is performed.

3. The envelope and the bracelet go to the ultrasonic cleaner in order to remove all dirt from their surface.

4. In justified cases, all seals and the crown with the shaft are replaced in the watch to ensure the tightness declared by the manufacturer. In quartz watches, the battery is replaced with a new one.

5. The movement of the watch is decomposed into basic elements in order to clean them in a special, four-chamber device with the use of appropriate chemical solutions.

6. Then the mechanism is assembled and adjusted to the values declared by the manufacturer.

7. The mechanism is folded into an envelope, closed, and then a dry leak test is performed again. For watches with the WR 100 and more water-resistance class, a wet-tightness test is performed using the Natator. The result of the dry test is confirmed by a printout, the wet test is confirmed by the description of the service technician.

8. The watch is checked for the operation of all functions of the given mechanism. The accuracy of the gait and the working parameters of the mechanism are verified once again, and they are confirmed on the printout

9. After performing the full service, the customer receives a 12-month warranty for the service provided.

3. The watch bracelet goes to an ultrasonic cleaner in order to remove all dirt from its surface.

4. The mechanism of the watch is adjusted to the parameters declared by the manufacturer. In the case of quartz watches, the battery is replaced with a new one.

5. A dry leak test is performed. For watches with a water-resistance class of WR 100 and above, a wet-tightness test is performed. The result of the dry test is confirmed on the printout. The wet test is described by the service technician.

6. The watch is checked for operation of all functions.

-Elmasolvex RM - automatic, four-chamber cleaner - a device for cleaning the mechanism's elements with appropriate chemical solutions and for drying them.

-Becosonic S10H - ultrasonic cleaner for removing dirt from the watch case and bracelet.

The device of the Swiss company ROXER - Natator 125-10 used to perform wet tests of water resistance up to the level of 125 ATM.

The Delta Optical SZ-630 stereoscopic microscope, a device used to verify the condition of small parts of the mechanism (gears, bearings, stones).

Each watchmaker is equipped with an independent system for cleaning cases and watch faces, mechanisms with compressed air - blowing and vacuuming.

We take great care to ensure that the service workshop is kept in proper cleanliness, we are equipped with air conditioning and a device for air purification and ionization. The entrance to the studio is guarded by a special adhesive floor mat that catches dirt from shoes. All this to ensure high comfort of work, which translates into the quality of our services.

We also cooperate with studios with specialties related to watchmaking, thanks to which we can extend the scope of services by making glasses, spare parts, etc.

Yes, the service is open from Monday to Friday from 8 am to 4:30 pm. We try to perform minor repairs such as battery replacement, leak tests or shortening the bracelets "on the spot".

The Poljot Euro service offers services consisting in the replacement of e.g. batteries or glass. We only have original parts purchased directly from the manufacturer. You can also buy items such as a strap or a brancelet

-Hand winding mechanisms: The spring is wound by hand using a crown. Handwind watches should be wound regularly, preferably at the same time each day. Particular attention should be paid to stop the winding process when there is resistance from the crown. Otherwise there is a risk of the spring breaking.

-Automatically winding mechanisms: The spring is wound by the movements of the rotor of the watch. The pendulum rotates when performing basic activities during the day, when the watch is on our wrist.

-Quartz movements: the source of energy in quartz watches is a battery or accumulator (solar watches) with a service life of 2 to 5 years. Dependent on quality and conditions of use. The accuracy of the quartz movement is based on the use of a quartz oscillator that draws energy from the battery and determines the rhythm of the movement with high precision. The oscillator generates pulses at the optimal frequency of 32,768 Hz (or cycles per second). This process reduces the deviations to almost imperceptible levels, thanks to which the quartz mechanisms achieve a monthly deviation of -10 / + 15 seconds per month.

EOL (Low Battery Indicator): Quartz movements are equipped with an EOL battery indicator. In such models, the second hand will start to jump every four seconds, thus signaling the need to replace the battery within the next 3-5 days.

Most automatic watches have a power reserve of at least 38 hours. Since the self-winding movement is related to the level of activity, 10-12 hours of wearing for an automatic watch should generate a power reserve of 20 hours.

Watches with manual winding are wound by the rotation of the crown, while in watches with automatic winding the spring is tensioned by the rotation of the rotor, which is set in motion when the watch is worn on a daily basis.

3 ATM = WR30 - only accidental contact with water, splashes when washing hands.

5 ATM = WR50 - swimming near the surface, e.g. bathing in a tub.

10 ATM = WR100 - free swimming with a mask and a snorkel, without diving.

20 ATM = WR200 - swimming and diving.

30 ATM = WR300 - swimming and scuba diving, up to several dozen meters.

Remember to make sure that the crown is screwed off or pushed back to the starting position before the watch comes into contact with water. In the event that the watch comes into contact with water frequently, carry out regular leakage tests and check the condition of the seals.

If the watch has additional buttons for operating additional functions, special care is recommended when you come into contact with water.

Mineral glass - has an average scratch resistance (4 on the Mohs hardness scale). However, it is more flexible than sapphire glass, which makes it more difficult to break.

Sapphire glass - has a very high scratch resistance (9 on the Mohs hardness scale). Sapphire glass is more prone to breakage than mineral glass.

The most popular method of highlighting in our watches is applying a Superluminova layer on its elements (hands, indexes, dial). Thanks to its fluorescent properties, it emits light after appropriate exposure, ensuring the ability to read the time.

Another method is the use of tritium gas. It is closed in sticks placed on the watch face. Tritium, unlike Superluminova, does not need irradiation and emits light regardless of external conditions

A chronograph is a watch with a stopwatch function built into the movement. Used in both manual and automatic winding or quartz watches. It is operated by special buttons on the side of the envelope.

A full service of mechanical watches is recommended at least every 4 to 5 years. Depending on the environment in which the watch is used, it is recommended to check the tightness annually.

Depending on the intensity of use, the average service life of a leather belt is from 12 to 18 months. It can be extended with special measures dedicated to a given type of skin. Please note that leather straps are not intended for swimming and contact with water and it significantly shortens their life.
